Updated over a week ago

Please note that our carrier may refuse your shipment in the following cases:

  • Your luggage/parcel exceeds 20 kilograms.

  • Your baggage exceeds the authorized dimensions, which represent a total of: length + 2 heights + 2 widths. This must not exceed 250 cm.

  • The length of your luggage exceed 100 cm.

  • Your luggage is smaller than the dimensions: 23 x 16

  • Your packaging is considered inadequate.

  • Your shipment was placed on a pallet, even though you indicated that you would be sending a package.

  • You forgot to paste the transport label.

  • You forgot to attach the customs invoice (for any shipment outside the European Union).

Also note that if your parcel is accepted, the carrier may refuse to send it if any of the above details are correct. If so, the carrier will return the package to you.

In case of non-compliance with the above conditions, no claim or refund will be allowed.
