Customers are not allowed to pack or ship some prohibited items. Here is a non-exhaustive list of these products:

Perishable foodstuffs, goods subject to CITES, melatonin, plants, plants and flowers (fresh or dried), wines and alcoholic beverages, vitamins and other nutritional products, aerosols, 90° alcohol, ethyl alcohol, asbestos, antiques and works of art, gambling devices, compressed-air weapons, firearms and parts, dummy firearms, electric-shock protective weapons, articles containing gas or compressed air, camouflage articles, counterfeit articles, articles imported in violation of copyright, obscene articles, pornographic articles, jewelry with precious metals, jewelry with precious stones, airline tickets, banknotes, lottery tickets, carbo ice, funeral ashes, checks, electronic chichas and parts, cigars, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and parts, fuels, foodstuffs, valuable documents, drugs and psychotropic substances, perfume samples, e-liquids for electronic cigarettes, endangered species and by-products, explosives, blank invoices, counterfeit money, pornographic films and publications, arrows, animal furs, elephant ivory, gambling chips, gambling games, pistol-shaped toys, ingots, money orders, dangerous goods/materials, precious metals, ammunition of all kinds, narcotics and narcotics, perfumes (airborne), animal parts, coins, precious stones, batteries packed alone, pistols, hazardous chemicals, radioactive products, human remains, spirits containing more than 24% alcohol, chewing tobacco and tobacco products, smoking tobacco, chewing tobacco and substitutes, tobacco and tobacco products, items containing CBD, THC or derivatives, blank bearer bonds, boxed chocolate, knives of any kind (including machetes and axes), non-perishable or canned foodstuffs, activated bank cards, smoking aids.

Sending a prohibited product may result in your baggage being blocked, destroyed and/or invoiced additionally. You are also criminally liable for any physical or material damage your goods may cause during transport.

The contents you declare during the booking are not controlled by Nannybag. You are therefore responsible for the information provided and must ensure that your shipment complies.

No claims can be made for late delivery, for damage during delivery or for additional costs that may arise from the retention of goods or their destruction.
