Once the luggage is deposited, you cannot take anything from it until your pickup time. Please make sure to take any item that you might need before dropping off your luggage.

All luggage are placed in a special place allocated for safekeeping and locked away from the public; hence, we won't be able to allow you to come into that room for the overall safety of all customer luggage that is dropped-off.

Also, since the Nanny is a shop, hotel or restaurant, going into the place where the luggage is stored and coming back each time, takes a lot of time for her.

The customer will be liable for the safety of their luggage if they insistently demand to take something from the bag before pick up time.
