  • If the Nanny is closed after the drop-off time, please verify your booking on your personal Nannybag space, booking confirmation or SMS confirmation.

  • If the booking seems to be right, please check and verify the opening hours of the Nanny on your personal Nannybag space, booking confirmation or SMS confirmation.

  • If the opening hours match your booking drop-off time,please try contacting the Nanny via the information provided on your personal Nannybag space, booking confirmation or SMS confirmation.

  • If you do not have an answer, please take a picture and send to our support team at contact@nannybag.com. You will receive a bank transfer within 3 business days directly in your bank account. The transaction will be named "Nannybag".

  • In the meantime, you can make another reservation with a different Nanny close by.
