Our terms and conditions allow our customers to cancel their booking up to the luggage drop-off time agreed in the booking. The traveler may cancel their booking and will be refunded the amount paid for the booking in full.

You will receive a bank transfer within 3 business days directly in your bank account. The transaction will be named "Nannybag".

No cancellation will be refunded after the luggage drop-off time agreed in the booking.

The Nanny may cancel a booking at any time, in which case the Nanny expressly agrees not to be paid the planned amount. The traveler will be refunded the entire amount paid for this booking and will be able to carry out a new booking.

Once the booking is ongoing, our company refunds only those users who couldn’t benefit from our service due to negligence from Nannybag.

There are cases where you genuinely had to cancel after drop-off time. For example, if your flight was delayed or there was a network problem when you tried cancelling before the drop-off time. In this case, you have to show the proof of the reason why you couldn't cancel on time in order to receive a full refund .

You will have to send your refund request with the proof to contact@nannybag.com, in order for it to be processed.

To cancel your booking yourself from your Nannybag account, simply click on "My bookings".

Once you've clicked on your booking, simply click on "Cancel my booking" and then on "My bookings" again to make sure it's taken place 😃.
