I do not want to store my bag in the store where I booked. What do I do?

There's no reason to avoid one of our partners. They've all been selected for their reliability and validated by our team! But if you still wish to change your establishment, there are several options open to you:

If the reason you wish to cancel your booking is due to a failure on the part of Nannybag or an unforeseen event such as a flight delay, you can cancel your booking and inform our team by e-mail at contact@nannybag.com, explaining why you would like another store and enclosing any supporting documents. This will enable us to take the necessary steps.

We can also immediately transfer your booking to another address in the vicinity, by writing to us at contact@nannybag.com or via our chat.

Finally, you can also cancel your booking and make a new one.

Don't forget: our general terms and conditions of use and sale allow you to cancel a booking free of charge at any time before the baggage drop-off time specified in the booking. Once the reservation is in progress, only those travelers who were unable to use the service due to a failure on the part of Nannybag will receive a full refund.
