It's very quick and easy to reset your password! To do this, you have to:
Firstly, visit www.nannybag.com or open up the Nannybag application on your iOS or Android.

Click on "Login" and when the page opens up, click on "Forgot Password". A page will open up where you will have to enter your email and after click on the "Reset". You will be sent an email with a link which will let you reset your password.
