You need to log into your nannybag account by visiting www.nannybag.com or download the Nannybag application on your devices :

After you log in, you click on where your name appears on the screen which drops down sections. You click on the section "My Bookings" which will display your Nanny's details (address, phone number, email, opening hours) and a chat book to message the Nanny.
You will also find here the details of your booking which include your booking reference, status of your booking, booking date, drop-off time, pick-up time, number of bags you dropped and amount you paid.
