If a Nanny refuses your bag :

  • We can make a transfer to the other closest Nanny available.

  • A full refund of your previous booking will be made within 3 working days after we have contacted the Nanny and confirmed your reservation.

  • You can also contact our support team at contact@nannybag.com if there are any more issues and we will take a good measure to solve the problem as soon as possible.
