The Nanny/shop canceled my booking. How do I proceed?

It is very rare for a shop to cancel a booking, unless there is an unforeseen circumstance that causes them to. Our partner are very trained in communicating with customers and dedicated in giving the best experience to customers.

If, unfortunately, your reservation has been cancelled, you can:

➡️Make another booking with another establishment.

Don't worry, the cancelled reservation will be fully refunded to the credit card used for payment within 72 hours, and the refund will appear as “Nannybag”.

This refund is automatic, so you don't need to do anything.
