The Nanny canceled my booking. How do I proceed?

It is very rare for a Nanny to cancel your booking unless there is an unforeseen circumstance that causes them to. Our Nannies are very trained in communicating with customers and dedicated in giving the best experience to customers. You can:

  • Make another booking with a different Nanny and do't worry because your canceled booking will be fully refunded within 3 working days. The transaction will be named "Nannybag" or "MangoPay".
