If your baggage drop-off time has passed, it is normal that you cannot cancel your reservation.

In fact, our general terms and conditions of sale allow our customers to cancel their reservation up until the baggage drop-off time specified in the reservation. The traveler may cancel the reservation and will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation.

➡️Vous will receive your refund on the credit card used for payment, within 3 working days. The transaction will be called “Nannybag”.

However, no refunds can be made after the scheduled baggage drop-off time.

If your booking has not started and you encounter a problem cancelling your booking, please send us your request with the relevant supporting documents by e-mail to contact@nannybag.com
