It is possible to modify an existing reservation. There are several solutions, depending on your situation:

  • If your reservation has not started yet, and the agreed baggage drop-off time has not passed, you can change your schedule, the number of bags, and the length of storage (depending on the availability of the partner establishment) or even cancel your online reservation.

    In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund on the credit card used for payment within 72 hours.

  • If your reservation is already in progress, you cannot cancel it, as the space for your luggage is already reserved. However, you can still extend or add luggage (always according to the shop's availability). To do this, you must modify your reservation according to your new needs, and the rate will automatically be readjusted.

These changes can be made in your personal traveller area, in “My bookings” section.
