If your reservation has not started yet, and the agreed baggage drop-off time has not passed, you can change your schedule, the number of bags, and the length of storage (depending on the Nanny's availability) or even cancel your online reservation. In case of cancellation, you'll receive a full refund by bank transfer to your account within 72 hours.

If your reservation is already in progress, you cannot cancel it, as the space for your luggage is already reserved. However, you can still extend or add luggage (always determined by your Nanny's availability).To do this, you must modify your reservation according to your new needs, and the rate will automatically be readjusted.
