The transport label is the document that you receive 10 days prior to the date of collection of your shipment. The purpose of the transport label is to track the delivery of your package during its journey. For the carrier to deliver the luggage, each transport label must contain the following information:
- First and last name ;
- Company (optional) ;
- Complete address (floor, building, door code, and any other indication that might be needed) ;
- Postal code ;
- City and country of destination.
The transport label also acts as an ID document for your shipment, thanks to essential information such as its weight, dimensions, content, and value. Each label is unique and must be attached to your luggage at all times. As the sender, you are in charge of printing it.
