Carriers do everything they can to deliver on time. In case of delay, reimbursement of transport costs is not provided. For this to happen, the carrier must be responsible for the delay. A delay in customs regulations or any other inconvenience in the contents of the baggage does not entail the carrier's liability for the delay of your delivery.
The carrier is solely responsible and decision-maker for the reimbursement of the service, especially in the event that the removal takes place after the scheduled date.
