The shipment of a product prohibited by the general terms and conditions of transport of the carrier or by Nannybag may lead to the blocking of the shipment, its destruction, and/or additional invoicing. You are also criminally responsible for any physical or material damage that your goods may cause during transport. Before shipping anything, you must check that your goods are not on the list of highly regulated or prohibited goods, according to international IATA or ADR regulations.
The content that you declare when placing a reservation is not controlled by Nannybag. You are responsible for the information provided and must ensure that your shipment complies with the shipping advice given by DHL. After the carrier picks up and takes charge of the goods, the shipment may still be blocked at any stage of the transit (national and international), expected to be picked up by the sender by their means, or destroyed. Nannybag will not be able to collaborate in the resolution of the incident. Moreover, additional costs will be charged directly to the sender (storage costs, destruction, etc...).
No claims can be made in the event of a delay in delivery, nor of damage occurring during delivery, or regarding additional costs that may result from the retention of the goods or their destruction.
