Your presence is mandatory if the collection of your luggage is made at your home.
Nannybag will not be held responsible in the following cases:
- Your absence or unavailability during the collection. Should this happen, you will have to contact DHL beforehand to inform them ;
- Your baggage hasn't been properly prepared and is not ready to send (further information can be found here) ;
- An inaccessible or a misinformed address.
If for reasons beyond our control, the carrier does not show up as agreed for the collection of your shipment, we invite you to contact DHL to reschedule the collection of your shipment. If you'd rather cancel your booking, log in to your personal space to get a full refund. This will be done within 10 days of your request.
