Theoretically a booking cannot be edited; however there are multiple solutions to this kind of problem:
- If your booking has not started and drop-off time not reached, you can cancel your booking online and re-book the same Nanny according to your changes. You will get a full refund for the previous booking within 3 working days. Simply make sure to tell your Nanny about it.
- If your booking has already started, we advise you to re-book the same Nanny with the same details only if you want to add more days. If you want less days, there is unfortunately no solution as a spot will still be reserved for your luggage.
