- If the reason for cancelling is due to the negligence of Nannybag or there was an urgent unforeseen circumstance like a flight delay, you can cancel your booking and notify the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the reason or proof of why you do not want to store your luggage with this particular Nanny so that the appropriate measures are taken.
- We can also transfer your booking immediately to another Nanny close-by if you notify us at email@example.com.
- You can also,cancel your order and book again but please be mindful of the fact that, our terms and conditions allow our customers to cancel their booking at any moment prior the selected drop-off time, for free. Once the booking is ongoing, our company refunds only those users who couldn’t benefit from our service due to negligence from Nannybag.
