If you have chosen a delivery address in a parcel shop, you have maximum 5 days, from the moment it was dropped off, to pick up your luggage.

After this period, the luggage will be collected and returned to the shipper's address.

So please, be sure to respect a maximum time limit of 5 days from receipt of your baggage at your chosen destination.
