Luggage is only collected from relay points, so you'll be able to consult all the drop-off points available in your departure city. You will then need to enter the delivery address for your baggage, or choose a relay point in your arrival city.
This means that you can only send your luggage by dropping it off at the relay point of your choice.
But when it comes to receiving your luggage, you have two options:
you can choose the delivery address of your choice
or select a relay point (especially if you may not always be present at a specific address).
Once your reservation has been made, you have 30 days to drop off your luggage at the point of your choice.
Each piece of luggage dropped off will be scanned by the staff at the drop-off point in your presence, and the carrier will collect your belongings and take them to their destination. You'll be able to track your shipment from start to finish, and you'll be notified to collect your belongings as soon as they arrive at their destination.
