No, once your reservation has been confirmed, you cannot change the delivery address. However, if you have not yet dropped off your luggage at a relay point, you can cancel your reservation by contacting us at the following e-mail address: shipping@nannybag.com

You will receive a full refund to the credit card used for payment. You will then be able to make a new reservation with the new address.

If you wish to change the delivery address once your baggage has been dropped off and the shipment is in progress, it is not possible to change it. However, you can contact us and we will do our best to contact the carrier to discuss the possibility of a change of address.

Nannybag cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen change of address once your order has been validated by our team.
