If you have chosen the relay point delivery option, the baggage must be collected by the person designated during the booking. This person's ID will be required.

If you have chosen delivery to another address, such as residence, it is possible that another person may collect the baggage. This person will have to sign for the luggage when it is delivered.

At a delivery address other than a relay point, it is possible for another person to sign for your delivery. Colleagues, family or friends can therefore be called upon if you are unable to collect your luggage due to other commitments.
