How can I track my luggage ?

You can track the shipment of your luggage online, using the tracking link sent in the confirmation email, or from your client account, in the "My bookings" section.

To find out where your luggage is in real time, use the tracking number sent in the confirmation e-mail once your booking has been validated. You will also be notified instantly once your baggage has been dropped off, and you will be able to track the shipment in real time on a dedicated page. This page contains all the information concerning your baggage, from the moment it leaves your chosen drop-off point, right through to its arrival at its destination.
