Am I affected by customs?
Updated over a week ago

If you make international shipments between countries, you will need to fill in Proforma invoices detailing the content and the estimated value of the consumption of your goods for customs purposes.

Our service and estimated delivery times are based on the assumption that your item will be classified for free passage and not delayed by customs. This means our prices do not include taxes, local fees, inspection fees, or other fees.

It is your responsibility, as the shipper to ensure that you are aware of the circumstances of your shipment, customs regulations in the country of destination will affect the categorization of your shipment and, therefore, your obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, or local taxes.

Delays may be due to additional processing or inspection by Customs.

To avoid delays, customs documents must also be securely attached to your luggage so that they are clearly visible to the customs authorities. They must also be packaged separately from the tracking labels.

If you have chosen delivery to a European Union country, you are not concerned by these customs regulations.
