How to use my transport label?
Updated over 5 months ago

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive your shipping label by email. The label can be printed on plain paper or a self-adhesive label.

HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SHIPPING LABEL CORRECTLY?

To prepare your shipment properly, you'll need to print out the shipping label you receive with your order, in two copies for each piece of luggage. The first copy of the shipping label should be placed inside the luggage. The second copy should be placed to the baggage, leaving all the information on the label clearly visible. The label must be correctly attached to the widest part of the suitcase, so that it cannot be detached or torn. Scotch tape or adhesive tape should be carefully applied to each side of the label (horizontal and vertical sides), going all the way around the luggage (see photos below).

We also strongly recommend firmly taping the suitcase handle to prevent it from opening during transport.

For greater security and better tracking, we ask you to take a photo of your luggage when you drop it off at the chosen relay point, and to keep this photo until the end of your booking.

Please note that the label must be scanned by the staff at the relay point in your presence.

WHAT NOT TO DO WITH YOUR TRANSPORT LABEL :

DO NOT ATTACH your transport label(s) using string, cable ties, staples, pins, or by simply running adhesive tape around the edge of the label. These methods are not sufficiently secure and may result in your shipping label(s) coming unstuck.

As the label(s) contain the tracking information for your shipment, Nannybag cannot accept responsibility for any loss or delay resulting from loose labels. To ensure a good experience, please take this into consideration when preparing your shipment and ensure that your label stays in place throughout the entire shipment.

IN IMAGE BELOW, YOU WILL SEE AN EXAMPLE OF HOW TO PROPERLY ATTACH A SHIPPING LABEL :

⚠️Once again, if your baggage exceeds the maximum weight allowed (up to 20 kilos), it cannot be shipped and you will not be reimbursed, or you will be charged an additional fee.

➡️Please respect this maximum weight limit.

⚠️The combined dimensions of your luggage must not exceed:

  • length + 2 times the height + 2 times the width.

↪️This total must not be more than 250 cm.

  • Additionally, the length should not be more than 100 cm.

If your luggage surpasses these dimensions, extra charges may apply.
